The spreading material is protected against rain and splash water even from below by means of a completely closed tarpaulin cover. This cover can be easily stacked away to allow comfortable filling. The kugelmann conveyor screw is characterized by three different pitches. The first and second pitch allow for even emptying of the spreader. The third pitch in the outlet area loosens the spreading material (compression-free) and transports it to the chute. This means precise dosing and considerably reduces the risk of clogging at the outlet.

If clotty spreading agent should cause a blockage of the conveyor screw, its direction of rotation can be reversed and the problem can be resolved quickly and reliably (without risk of accidents).

A unique feature of our spreaders is the infinitely adjustable spread pattern. It can be adjusted electronically or even with dynamic spread pattern stabilisation. Due to its special shaping, the chute is completely closed and also protected against splash water in the outlet area. Choose your infinitely variable spread width or adjust the spread pattern laterally in an asymmetric way, e.g. for spreading up to the opposite lane.

With the K-BASIC 2, kugelmann has managed to launch a control system reduced to the most essential. As an interface between operator and machine, the control system combines intuitive operation and precise spreading technology. Despite the high tech solution with intelligent feedback and control function, the K-BASIC 2 is easily understandable and its use quickly becomes routine. You have everything under control without compromising on your work. The control system works entirely path-dependent. This means an economical and efficient use of spreading material.
